Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or make any modifications, including changes to the shipping address, product style, or size. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns on any of our products. All sales are final.
Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
While we do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months, in the following cases:
• Size exchanges
• Quality-related concerns
To request an exchange:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Share your reason for the request, along with supporting images
• Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup and issue store credit accordingly
Please note:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
