How long will it take for my order to ship?
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped and is expected to be delivered within 10-15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders incur a standard shipping fees of Rs 60
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or make any modifications, including changes to the shipping address, product style, or size. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
1) If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@liveinpause.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2) In cases of lost packages, after an investigation with the courier service, we will provide a refund or replacement as deemed appropriate.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
If an order has been placed, you would have received an automated sms from Razorpay confirming your transaction.
You would have got a confirmation email as well. Sometimes it comes in the promotions/spam folder.
You will also be getting the updates via sms on the number provided once the order has been shipped
