Shipping Time Frame

Standard Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped and is expected to be delivered within 10–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

• All orders incur a standard shipping fee of Rs 60.

• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. When such promotions are available, the details will be communicated on our website and via our marketing channels.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. The courier service used may vary based on your location and the nature of the order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. Live in Pause is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@liveinpause.com. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In cases of lost packages, after an investigation with the courier service, we will provide a refund or replacement as deemed appropriate.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at the moment.
